You had it ready for success, which is crucial when entering into something as new and often daunting as Web 2.0 features are. You have undoubtedly given your participants a good preview of the careful thought that i a part of a writing project event. We had an event at NCWP which was a little similar and we have considered using it as a kickoff to a regular "First Thursdays" event at our site, where we would go into one thing each meeting in a little more depth.
