Thanks for answering my question Kevin. I tend to do most of my writing at night once the kids are in bed, or on those rare occasions when I suffer from insomnia I’ll do my posts at 2 in the morning. I’m a pretty slow writer so I find I don’t get a lot of posts out, but I’m going to try and work on writing shorter pieces.

Well
I do get up quite early in the morning (before the kids) and that is my time for writing and thinking, over a quiet cup of coffee. I do try to make time to write during the day because it helps me reflect on what I am doing and I love the sense of community that the blogging world can create.

I’ll add my congratulations to the mix here too, Kevin. I really enjoyed meeting you virtually over the challenge (both at your blog and elsewhere in the blogosphere!) What I want to know is how do you fit your writing and commenting into your day. You write a lot of blog posts in a week (and some are quite long) and you comment on a lot of blogs. Do you have a time during the day that you set aside for this writing? Thanks!
