Kia ora Kevin

Liked your pome. Cell-phone pomes, cell-phone novels. Another change in the way the story is written.

William Blake engraved his writing. That's because he was an engraver, and he couldn't afford to take it to a publisher anyway. Effectively he was his own publisher - centuries before his time, with that. Others at that time wrote theirs with a pen, or perhaps they called it a quill. Then the fountain pen became the thing. Till the ball-point (or Biro) appeared on the scene. That's not that long ago. Some still use the ball-point.

The in 20 century way seemed to be using a typewriter though, until 1980s came along. No one bothered with a typewriter beyond 1990. I wrote my first book of pomes on an Apple Powerbook and my latest was thumped on a PC - Intel inside.

Now I write pomes on a cell-phone, often when travelling on a bus to or from work. Never tried writing a novel on a cell-phone.

Never tried writing a novel :-)
