A rainy, dreary Sunday was broken up unexpectedly by a squirrel clinging upside down on the window screen of the living room, sparking a confused ruckus for the dogs and giving us all a closer look at the furry underbelly of a gray squirrel.

A squirrel sentence slice for Monday – I am glad I started my day reading this.
Squirrels may be cute, but not in my house. One lived here for five days while we were away; more chew through my garden flags and ropes to swings and dig up my seedlings, making a mess of my containers. Blergh!
…a closer look at the furry underbelly… I love that part of the sentence! What a way to shake up a dreary Sunday!
