(This is for the Slice of Life challenge, hosted by Two Writing Teachers. We write on Tuesdays about the small moments in the larger perspective and then all through March — every single day … You write, too.)
Oh no
here we go;So:
Snow
Peace (falling),
Kevin
Those of us in the northern states, YUP snow. RIght when your heavy jacket has taken up residence again in the closet and you bring out your Spring coat. Being from California, now living in Michigan I thought a coat was a coat. NOPE. I have a wide assortment of coat levels. I do see that next week looks like the 50s which is the Bahamas.
We have been on a seesaw of weather changes here in Texas, with at least one more freeze coming this weekend; sigh. Not the inconvenience of snow, though. Whew.
We got a mixed bag of winter precipitation yesterday. They’re calling for more this Saturday. Enjoy the white stuff, Kevin.
Oh, March! Definitely not an easy time for meteorologists!
I love how much you pack into such a small package. And the contrast between your “oh no” and “peace (falling)” captures a nice mix of emotions.
If only we could share precipitation…
Oh, no! Snow!
Now living in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon, I do NOT miss that snow at all!
